What alternative do you use now?

Postby xdaniel » 2012-07-10 21:31

Hi,

it's really a pitty that I found this page too late. Some of my pages broke down (PHP 5.3) and I migrated them (manually) to wordpress.

I still love the extensions and never found a product like this. Some days ago I developed again a little application for reviews in our magazine.

Before I did this, I searched for something like MX Kollection but didn't found it. I had a look at PHPRunner and Codecharge Studio 5, but it hadn't the functionality I searched for.

What do you use now?

Best wishes from Germany

Hi Daniel,
Welcome to the forum.

Well I for one are still actively developing with interakt and there are quite a number of people doing the same.
Patch the includes folders and it still works a charm.

Obviously a bit of hand coding is necessary these days to stay on top of the latest development in html, css and jquery but interakt is good for the repetitive work and jquery can be easily integrated into the created pages.

Hi Fred,

this Sounds good. Thank you.

I'm going to look around here and hope to find some more hints.

What Dreamweaver Version do you use? I use 8.02 on Windows 7 amd MK Kollection.

Best wishes

Believe it or not but I am using MX 2004 on two machines, one with XP and the other with Win 7.
