There's a post on the adobe forums from someone claiming to have modified PHAKT AND MX KOLLECTION 3.7.1 to develop MySQLi code in Dreamweaver 8 - Its news to me, I never used PHAKT so I've no idea how genuine it is ....

We tried to use DW CS4/ADDT several years ago and had to switch back to using DW8/MX Kollection as we had too many crashes and freezes in CS4 and it was a nightmare - there are minor edits to a few of the includes files in ADDT from what i could see .... Surely there must be a big market for an ADDT...

A long while ago there was talk of a new release: MX Kollection4 Beta with more Ajax features .... did it ever see the light of day??

No I don't think so .... its a modified version of the file on here patched for PHP 5.3 - I just added a few lines for a client to support PNG transparency as it came up in a conversation with them - the end result was a black background in PNGS when resized/uploaded ...... I don't think the GD libb...

appears to be troublesome .... I've not had chance to look at it properly yet .... on a different subject - I have just tweaked KT_Image.class.php to add support for transparent PNGs when uploading/resizing .... If you want the file to put on here its the MX Kollection Pro file, I could do the ADDT ...

I'm updating a nextensio list ... the filter has two dropdown menus i can't get the dependant dropdown widget working with them, anyone got this working on dropdown menus in the filter section at the top of the list?

Doesn't seem to be a built in way to handle how numbers are displayed/formatted in ADDT? I have a numeric value want to display in input field with thousand comma separators like 10,000 .... can format value for display in php number_format() for display but how then how do you clean the value befor...
