Getting error message when trying to use the KTML spellchecker: 'Cannot Create Temporary Folders. Please Contact Your System Administrator' ... any ideas why anyone ???

Activating Kollection 3.7.1
I've had to install mx Kollection 3.7.1 to work on an old site - when I enter the activate email and password it says it's incorrect, it appears the Interakt site has gone now so I cna;t login and get the details so I;m wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of how I get the extension act...
